Fast From Denial

John 18:25-27

Only God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit understood the the cost Jesus would pay for our sins to be forgiven.  The price was high but Jesus loved us enough to pay it.  Like Peter, do not be overwhelmed with sorrow when you get angry, sin or disobey God.  Under the crushing weight of crucifixion and the power of resurrection, we are not bound but forgiven.

Reflection:  Find a quiet place to offer up Jesus’ prayer example; “ My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken fro me.  Yet not as I will, but as you will.”

Fast:  Fast from denial and hiding who you are to God.  Be honest with yourself so you can be honest with God.
