You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of this organization, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any such program, service or activity. This also stands for your clients, employees, independent contractors, visitors, guest, family members, participants, and anyone that come on our premises during this event.
MEDIA
This entire event will be heavily covered for media purpose with photography and videography. You are waiving all rights to inspect and approve the material and release Chosen City Church and Kingdom World Changers Network from any and all liability. I HEREBY INDEMNIFY Chosen City Church and Kingdom World Changers Network, its officers, directors, licensees, agents, independent contractors and all other staff against any claims which could result from its use. We will use name, pictures and biographies for submission in articles to newspapers, magazine publishers, radio, television media for publicity and promotional purposes.
BUSINESS SERVICES
It is our goal to present tangible entrepreneurial, business and spiritual resources that can be used to enrich one's life, ministry and business. However, these are third party resources. It is IMPORTANT AND WE ENCOURAGE everyone when making financial decisions, to evaluate, do your own due diligence research and make their own sound decisions should you choose to move forward and engage with any resources presented during iLead Entrepreneurs Rising Conference.
